Which is the best RSS platform the community recommends? Also with the fee per transaction is it really worth it. If yes, is there high risk when we buy?

Whether it is high risk or not is subjective. Some people may think it is high risk. In that case a Fixed Deposit or a savings account would be better. Conversely, there are people who think that it is a low risk investment instrument.
