Which card to use for public transport?

Now that the promotions are over, which cashback cards are eligible for public transport rebates? I note that all Citi cards do not award rebates for Simplygo, but SMRT gives up to 2% for EZ-reload. Also, is there still a convenience fee if I use SC Unlimited for EZ-reload?
