Which bank or broker has the best mobile app interface/usage for cash upfront options? Tried using Vickers but its horrible..?

You may try using iGM Mobile App by iFAST to see if the interface/usage is to your liking. If I remember correctly, this is one of the few brokers where you can browse through the menu without having to login an account.
