You can use any broker that allows access to the US market. Visa's stock code is 'V'. The best brokerage to use would be Td Ameritrade now due to no comms for stock transactions.

That said, not sure where you got the notion that Visa pays out good dividends. The current dividend yield is 0.66%, before accounting for 30% withholding tax. The upcoming dividend is 0.32 cents per share, and you'll get 0.224 per share after withholding tax is factored in.

Granted, there's some history of increasing dividends annually but at the current yield, I'll personally give it a miss holding as stock over long term for its dividend.

If you are looking for dividends on US stocks, research on dividend aristocrats and kings. You'll need a very long holding period if you want to go down this route. An easier alternative to build a dividend income stream would be high yielding blue chip and reits on sgx.
