I would evaluate my portfolio every 6 months.

But the best answer would be never to sell of course. Its ok to take profits from time to time when you think the markets are too optimistic or overvalued.

Just hold and DCA.

Buffet rule is : Be fearful when others are greedy.

Why I say markets are overvalued , just look at the ridicoulous PE ratio of the likes of AMAZON / SHOPIFY / those big tech companies.

Does buying and selling ETFs work similar to stock, ie buy low sell high? What are the indicators to consider when choosing ETF? Expense ratio? Any indication when to exit or when it fails?

Is this strategy of combining options and ETF investing viable? I am doing ETF investing, buy world index and global bond index ETFs, DCA every few months. Can it work with options selling?
