It should be from key collection date.
However u can start marketing before 5 years MOP, just make sure don't issue OTP before MOP. Yr property agent should able to advise you on this.

I think it's neither - it should be from your occupation (I.e key collection) date.

I had bought a resale HDB flat with grant. After 10 years I sold and bought brand new EC. However, I have intended to sell my EC after 5 years. Am I eligible to purchase a new BTO flat?

Single owner of resale HDB flat (used CPF and HDB loan), don't expect to fully pay off by retirement age. Is it possible for me to still d/g to smaller HDB (BTO or resale) in 10-15 years time?

What are your thoughts on flats in the HDB resale market sold for more than $1million? Will the uptrend of the HDB resale market continue?

I feel HDB resale prices will be managed if 70% of HDB estates become PLH HDB flats. Do you agree?
