Hello there,

CPF monies cannot be withdrawn, unless you have attained the age of 55. If your wife has not hit the full retirement sum, she can only withdraw 5K from her account. If she has hit the full retirement sum, she is able to withdraw the excess above the sum.

In any case, the only instance where CPF monies are disbursed, is on death.
