What should I expect when attending my first EGM?

Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT) just sent in a circular with regards to attendance of EGM next Tues, 12 Feb. If I want to attend, do I just simply head down to the avenue and show proof of identity, that would suffice? What's the usual procedure/protocol in a EGM? many thanks!

Besides what Gabriel mentioned, there's usually a buffet spread as well. At least from the one AGM I attended in the past. Heard of folks who attend such meetings just for the food

If you are a shareholder then just go down with your IC.

Usual protocol is go there, sit down listen to ceo or director talk. If there is voting, then u need to vote.
