What should I choose: a good boss or better opportunity?

I am currently employed in a very small company with only 7 people. I love my boss. He cares for us even outside work. However, I think I am not growing. Also, the salary is small. But a big opportunity came. A multi-national company is offering me a job that doubles my salary and career growth is also good. Should I accept it even my boss is too good to leave?

It's extremely rare to get double one's pay. If the downsides are not overwhelming, u should go for it
