What REITs would be a good buy now?

Not a good time to buy now for me. Keep a look at Parkway Reits, Ascendas and Fraser.

Go for the brand names. They are very expensive now but high can go higher. 1 Year ago, people said REITs are too high, look now, they have gone even higher!

REITs are rather overvalued now in my view.

You would want to watch out for those with a solid track record of growing the REIT (e.g. in their NPI, DPU, etc), a reasonable gearing, good sponsor, decent WALE and good occupancy, amongst other factors.

You can consider REITs under the Capitaland, Frasers, and Mapletree umbrella.

Set a watchlist after doing your homework, and know your entry price. Then sit tight and wait, while building up your warchest.
