What problems do you face when hunting for a job during the COVID period? Any examples?

There a lot of challenges that comes from job seeking as encountered by a lot of my peers but I couldn't speak from experience however.

What I can do is share a silver lining to the pandemic hit - increase in remote jobs. More specifically in IT, more and more companies have started to migrate over to remote working as now it has moved from being a luxury to a necessity (wfh). This opens up the industry to the global market, giving more chances for people cross continent to land their dream jobs rather than going the traditional route of migrating.

Not to say it's easier to land remote jobs but certainly a good time to be aggressive in shilling yourself if you are considering down that path. IMO, yes the market is hit pretty hard and it's much more difficult BUT not impossible - stick to sharpening your practical skills and honing your iinterview skills then you'll fare better in any situation.
