What is the process of changing HDB loan to bank loan for BTO if I'm under staggered downpayment scheme?

My bto will be ready in sep 2022. We paid 5% downpayment under hdb scheme just wondering if I were to change to bank loan how will it go? Is there a waiting time or can I do it straight? Thank you!
