What is the most value for money rewards to redeem with GrabPoints?

I always redeem Grab ride vouchers with GrabPoints, still feel that it is most value for money. For krisflyer miles i can always just redeem with my CC rewards points anw, and the increment arising from Grab redemption is minimal imo. For F&B wise, i don't frequent the merchants that they feature so doesn't make sense for me to redeem those too.

It depends on your needs. Personally, I prefer something general like Capita Vouchers.

If you take Grab rides often, you may consider to redeem vouchers off their rides.
