Given how the US presidential election is slated for this year, should Trump want to be re-elected he would have to do right the things is has 'done wrong'. Also, interest rates would be another aspect that would largely affect markets given how it's relatively low in the current environment

Personally for me, to put it bluntly: I don't care. Haha, I just focus on the companies I invest in - are they on track to do well?
I think 1 thing to take note is the interest rates. Right now it's pretty low, but of course with the trade war (or even real war), US presidential election end of the year, there might be some measures which may consists of rise in interest rates. However, as long as it doesn't spike up suddenly, everything should be business-as-usual.
