What is the best broker to do dollar cost averaging on USA index funds?
What is the best broker to do dollar cost averaging of the US index fund if i plan to have only 1 or 2 transaction per mth to execute the monthly purchase of index fund?

You can use IB ($1 USD comms) or TDAmeritrade ($5 USD). IB has the advantage to trade in almost all exchanges.

I highly recommend Interactive Brokers. I was using TDAmeritrade but have since transferred all my holdings to IB because of the lowest comms!
