What is something you will NEVER invest in? And why?

A lot of advice here is what to invest in, but what is it that you would totally avoid?

Durian plantation that was "marketed" by a "social influencer" a while back. And because I hate durians.

Came across similar talks about investing in plantations, or into wine even. Avoid all these and only go into things you know and have done your own due diligence on.

The Greater Fool's Theory applies but will it applies to you or against you?
