What is some extra coverage I can get from getting the ultimate plus plan as compared to the standard AXA SmartHelper plan?

My helper has been under the standard helper plan but she needs to renew her policy and I was thinking of upgrading it to the ultimate plus plan.

Ultimate Plus has higher claim limit and includes additional benefits such as Critical Illness.
