Hi there,
Not every UTs give out dividends. In fact, its highly unlikely for a tech UT to layout dividends since tech companies typically reinvest their earnings back to their companies for growth.

A global tech UT would invest in tech companies based on the fund manager's discretion. The fund's mandate in this cause would typically be just tech companies.
Take note that other funds may also have tech components but these may not be the majority of the fund's holdings.
Whether or not a fund pays dividends, and if so, at what frequency, is at the discretion of the fund manager as well. You can check out this information on any platform that distributes UTs, such as POEMS.
