Personally I would like to have a good mix of stocks and bond ETFs. That include local and global stock ETFs.

There are some interesting REITs and Bond ETFs on SGX that you may wish to check out too.

For global diversification with the lowest tax payment for the fund (so that the costs would be lower for me, translate into higher returns)

IWDA ETF.

Easy to buy as long as you have a broker that allows you to trade global shares. Most brokers in Singapore can.

Or just google for IWDA. There is a super big thread on it in HWZ.
