What does it mean when a card's TNCs block PayPal?
When a card's TNCs block PayPal, does this mean that I cannot pay through PayPal anymore? Or that I don't get rewards from paying through PayPal? So do I no longer get Miles/ cashback in this case? Sorry it seems quite confusing ahahaha

You won't get rewards if you use PayPal. Is it ALL PayPal or only certain PayPal merchants as per the TNC though?

It means you can still pay through Paypal, but won't be getting any cashback/miles when you paid through it.

Yes, it means that you cannot earn miles/cashback when you pay through PayPal because your bank will not consider it as an eligible transaction for the rewards.
