I am first timer applicant who has already applied once for BTO (unsuccessful). If I were to apply for the upcoming BTO (successful) but decided not to get the BTO, am I still considered as 1st time?

I own an existing HDB with my spouse as the Occupier. After MOP, would my spouse be considered as a first-timer applicant for BTO? Any grants applicable or levy payable?

If I'm a second-timer applicant for HDB BTO, will I still eligible for grants? Any difference if I took a grant during the first application?

Need advice on getting a resale flat after 4 unsuccessful BTO applications?
