What do you think of ComfortDelgro? Is it a good buy at current price?

I'll avoid blue-chips for now (except really strong ones that can still make money in this climate; like local banks albeit their margins are being squeezed).

I think you're better of investing in some logistics REITs for dividends or if you dare to, jump on the whole semiconductor, gloves, 5G inudstry (UMS, AEM, Avi-Tech, TSM, UG Healthcare, Net-Link Trust are just a few to mention, there are many more). dyodd though.
