What do you think about PAP, WP, SDP and PSP's answers to how the party deal with rising unemployment, create jobs for Singaporeans and ultimately improve the lives of Singaporeans?

I think this is hard but if we believe in conditional meritocracy then jobs should be given to the best singaporean
If we believe in unconditional meritocracy then we have to give jobs to the best talents regardless of nationality

I guess the answer lies in between.
