The underlying is mainly SG Reits. If you are confident about SG Reits, go ahead. It probably has quite constant dividend once recovered from covid.
However, if you have more efforts, I would suggest to understand the Reits behind and picking them individually.
Do take note of the geographical risk though.

I gathered the data from https://www.singstat.gov.sg/find-data/search-by-theme/industry/business-expectations/latest-data and plotted the full historical chart for General Business Outlook (Real Estate) - 1995 1Q to Present. The trend looks bearish, but maybe a potential trough?
Next, I added an overlay of NikkoAM-StraitsTrading Asia ex-Japan REIT ETF (QoQ%). Seems like the fund may not have a good Q3 with General Business Outlook still pointing lower.
