What do you all think of 8I Holdings? It is listed in ASX and runs Value Investing College?

Never had a good impression of 8I or Vic due to the way they run their workshops. The fact that their share price is tanking is quite a bit of concern to a neutral investor. Suggest avoiding.

Avoid 8i Holdings, They do a lot of cross sellings in which they try to offload their own investments to their stuidents in VIC. Furthermore, there has been accoutning practises where they sell stakes to their own associated companies in the ASX, this inflates the value of their assets in their balance sheet. there is a reason why 8i holdings is trading at such a large discount to its book value. It is a red flag company that is incorporated in Singapore. Which makes me question why list in australia and not in singapore.
