Its depands on time. Some banks provides discount if you pay via credit card or debit card. But these offers dont run everyday. But there is a another option to get discount via coupons & Offers site like If i purchased someting from Amazon UAE then i will search Amazon uae coupons on uAEPAyingless.com. From there i will definitely find a coupon or offer to get discount.
