What credit card gives cashback for payment for courses at educational institutions?

Some credit cards listed this as exclusion. UOB One recently also included this as exclusion (starting from 1 Sep).

Do they accept AXS payment? If they do, top-up to grab, then use GrabPay (as the paying account) through AXS. IF not... find other ways.. like SC cashback card.
