What cost efficient mobile plan would you recommend for senior citizens?
My parents require talk time, caller id and do not use data when they are outside - only use wifi at home to watch vidoes on their basic smartphones. The usual mobile contracts are too expensive. Circles Flexi Plan sounds good but 30min talktime is too little for a month's usage and I don't know if there is any hidden cost since it is free. Currently, they are on my Singtel 3 under Mobileshare, S15 mth per pax. Do you have more cost efficient suggestions? TIA

For me, I would recommend circles.Life since it has a mobile application where you can track your parents usage, bills etc. I feel that the customer support is better as compared to Zero1's too, based on reviews from fellow consumers.
