What are your opinions on Koufu and Lendlease REIT? I wanted to buy into Mapletree trust but they are so expensive now?

I need see to how lendlease & its mgmt perform over the next couple of years before investing, & the pipline of assets (hopefully parkway parade + JEM) they are planning to pump into it. Buying into reits, its not just about for their yields but also about mgmt's ability to grow the dividends sustainably (organic/inorganic)
