I’m a 40 plus year old lady with 2 young kids. One turning 6 year old and one turning 2 year old this year. I‘m a full-time housewife but I tried to create as many channels of passive income as possible. My current portfolio including investing in shares / REITs, Singapore Savings Bonds, endowment for myself and my children. I have an overseas investment property as well. It took me years to generate capital and build my portfolio to the current stage. I encourage you to start as young as possible, as you will have higher risk tolerancy!
