What are some recommended Stocks to buy?

STi ETF, S&P 500 are good stocks to ivnest in for those with little time to spend in investing.

For me a good time to buy is when recession comes, strike when there is blood in the streets!

In singapore's context, some stocks to consider are ST engineering and DBS.. These companies are essentials to the Singapore government and I do not forsee them being allowed to collapse. ST engg is the Government's key contractor for both the army and police Force, so it will be kept to survive imo to remain as the key contractor. The importance of DBS to Singapore is well documented

Hey there, to be real blunt: when you say when is a good time to invest, you are basically asking how can I time the market. Answer to this is no one knows.. The market is always irrational and illogical, especially with all these news around.

On stock that are good to invest in, plenty! Where are you talking about? It seems you referring to STI ETF & S&P500. For a start, may I suggest you just take a look at the historical trend of both - I think just by looking at that, you would know which is a better option already!
