HR Professional at a Financial Institution

For me, since I'm in HR, I'm interested to combine HR and data analytics and take up a HR Analytics course to improve processes and decision making through metrics.

Am thinking of using my SkillsFuture for some data analytics courses to upskill and remain relevant in the industry. Heard from some friends that SMU's data analytics courses are quite good, so I might do some research and apply for those.

Grab is working with Microsoft to help upskill their staff to ultimately pursue careers in tech. Why are they going out of their way to help employees? Just because of the SGUnited Skills programme?
