It's hard to say. But u want those with good growth prospects. High Pe. Relative affordability and a good sponsor. Some ffil most of the criteria but they are not affordable as of yet. Also you might want to consider those of whose assets which you are familiar with or visit some of their key assets. Ie if you buy a hospitality trust. Know why their hotels are better than others. What's their moat
