Well, it depends what kind of house do you buy.... I would suggest go for a humble BTO, enough for your needs and divert the rest of the funds to wealth building. If income is the problem, go earn more of it. Work two jobs, rent out your rooms if necessary. Save aggressively. Many have done it. I have done it. Why cant you?
