Is nobody bothered by the fact that Seedly doesn't have an Export function after almost 4 years?

Hey friend! Thank you so much for asking this question and we take all feedback very seriously :) I chanced upon this question and decided to reply personally as well. Here are some thoughts! - We currently have no plans to export transaction data from Seedly - But we are still around, no worries, I can promise you on that - If we do anything to our company down the road, we promise that we will let our users know way in advance and also most importantly ensure a smooth transition out to other platforms Overall, we run a very transaprent and accountable business and will always put our users first. Appreciate your understanding and confidence in us. Cheers! Happy to answer questions if you have any as well :)

To me, not much difference. Life goes on as per usual. Spending on necessity, saving up for investments, monthly DCA. On side note, I also reviewed my insurance quarterly. Abit overdoing it but good to keep up with the market.

Is TigerBrokers reliable, trustworthy and safe to use?

This is something new as I never heard of TigerBrokers. I would suggest you to email the firm and share with them your concern about those money being not able to get should the firm decides to close down one day. There are actually plenty of brokers out there who have been operating for many years, and you might want to do some of your own research.

What are some other income generator ideas out there that could be feasible in such a bad economic year?

You got to ask yourself what problems do most people face right now, and how are your solutions address those issues. Even if we give you some income generator ideas, it might not work out in practice because of certain constraints. With that being said, I do notice a trend of people holding webinar and educating people of different topics including investment and career. I guess ultimately there is no easy answer to your question. Wish you all the best!

I don’t think there is that option in Seedly now. Perhaps you can contact support to add this as a future feature feedback. The Seedly team is quite responsive although a little bit less personal in my view after they switched the platform for their customer service.

I think it depends on your credit history and also depends on the banks. Some banks are easier to apply and get approval, some are more stringent. Technically, you can start applying for the Credit Card immediately once you gained employment. With your employment contract, it will state you monthly salary and the bank will use that amount x 12 to figure out your annual salary. If you have no credit history at all, it may be abit hard for you to get approval for a start. If the banks are lenient, maybe they will give you an approval with lower limit. However, if you keep getting rejected due to immature credit history, I suggest you to wait for your income tax (1 year after employment). Note: NEVER EVER SPAM YOUR CC APPLICATIONS. Do not apply for multiple credit facilities from different banks in a short duration. Every application have a record, even if its rejected. If you keep spamming, it may make you look bad and affect your credit score. For myself, I started building my credit score since 18 with a student credit card (Maybank eVibes 1% Cashback). I have also applied for Secured Credit Card to get higher cashbacks (UOB One with $10,000 FD). Till date, I've perfected my credit score of 2000 (AA).

I doubt theres an electronic means cus the bank need to keep the cheque physically. But I think you can mail the cheque to the bank via singpost. That way you dont need to go down physically. You can call dbs hotline and ask them about it. If not, just wait for another week, after Circuit Breaker, the branch may open up alr.

Will the annual fee be paid before or after I use my credit card? If I am unable to waive the fees, can I cancel the card?
Hi anon, You will be charged first, and it will appear on your statement for that month. Let that appear first. Once it's appeared and the statement finalized, you usually have a grace period to go through and dispute any items on the statement. This is where you call in to seek a waiver. Don't take no for an answer (unless you are using a high end card where the fees are pretty much mandatory), you can always hang up and call again. Most card waivers can even be done in an automated way now instead of speaking to a CSO. Some banks allow you to do it online through their banking portal. If all else fails, you can cancel the card.
