Technically, quadruple dipping is possible, e.g. you spend at a CapitaMall, earning STAR$ under their programme (bonus 50% with a passion card linked to your STAR$), cashback on Fave, grabpoints on grabpay, which you topped up with an eligible card, earning 4mpd. The DBS promo grants you 4 mpd for Grab and gojek until 31 Dec 19, capped at S$1,200 for the entire period . Registration is required. Grabpay is not explicitly mentioned so it would be better to call in to check. Supposedly Citi Rewards Visa users are getting 4 mpd on this. Or, the Amex KF cards if you really want to be sure of getting the extra mpd.

Hi, You'll need to open a trading account with a broker that has access to HK market. After that, search for the ticker "1448.HK" to buy it. Since the stock is the same no matter where you buy it, then we'd need to know what you mean by 'best' way to buy?

Hi TwT, You'll want to consider one of these 3 cards which have no expiry on the earned points/miles. - Citi PremierMiles - DBS Altitude - OCBC 90N Other cards will have an expiry date associated with their rewards hence I did not list them here. It's good that you realise that you could not hit the minimum spend to earn the cashback since it's important not to spend just for the purpose of hitting the minimum cashback amount.

NAY. Unless you have cashflow issues, I prefer to just pay upfront and not have to worry about not being in the clear.

Your planning to take the best/most worth route to Narita is already very good. But let me warn you about the SIA Spontaneous Escapes Business Saver. The business seats you get are one of the worst businesss class offering in SIA. It tends to be the Boeing 777-200 or 777-300. My friend took it, while the soft product is not much difference from the other kind of planes, the seat wasn't great and it looks old. Plus the business class seat could not recline to full flat down unlike the newer business classseats product such as in the Airbus A 380. Please take note

I don't use the Simply Go app. Instead, I am using Standard Chartered Unlimited Cashback card that is linked to the EZ-Link app. This way, I earn cashback through the card and points for redemption through the app. Hope it is still helpful as a reference. Go straight to the source - their 2018 Annual Report: https://investor.paypal-corp.com/static-files/a3a709e0-7c03-4912-b0fe-0872e4fed100 First up - their metrics: A high point in 2018 was our net new active number, which reached a record of 39 million net new active accounts for the year. We exited 2018 with 267 million active accounts on our platform, with approximately 246 million consumers shopping at more than 21 million merchant accounts. We are helping all of our customers join the digital economy, and we are targeting more than 300 million active accounts on our platform by the end of this year. Proxy Statement Importantly, the newest cohorts of users are exhibiting higher levels of engagement, which is an encouraging sign. Overall, we realized nearly 37 payment transactions per active account in 2018. We processed nearly 10 billion transactions in the year, and our overall payment volume grew 26% on a currency-neutral basis to $578 billion. 2018 financial performance: Revenue for 2018 exceeded $15.4 billion, growing 18% on both a spot basis and FX-neutral basis.1 In the fourth quarter, we marked the first time in our history that we exceeded $4 billion of revenue in a single quarter. GAAP earnings per share (EPS) in the year grew 16% to $1.71, and non-GAAP EPS grew 28% to $2.42.2 We returned more than $3.5 billion to stockholders during the year through stock repurchases. With the slew of acquisitions they have done, including Verisign and Braintree, what they have is reach and the network effect.

I am more inclined towards sight-seeing than being a shopaholic. Accordingly, my trips are often planned with photos and filmmaking in mind. Here are three apps that I will always use to plan my itinerary: https://www.blog.pzl.sg/3-great-apps-to-plan-trips/ If I am travelling to Asia, I will use Singtel overseas data most of the time. Otherwise, I use this SIM card by Three Network - it covers 71 destinations around the world at a reasonable rate. Here is some info: https://www.blog.pzl.sg/best-way-to-get-overseas-data-for-your-next-trip/ For flights, I almost always prioritise the best landing timings (i.e. reaching the destination in the morning or early afternoon) over price. This way, I get more time overseas to do whatever I want - I feel this is more value for money than saving money itself. For short flights, it is usually Scoot or Singapore AIrlines (if there is a promotion). For long flights, my first choice is always Singapore AIrlines (best service overall), Emirates (I get 50% discount from AIA Vitality), and then Qatar (if the first two are too expensive). For accommodation, I always prefer Airbnb over hotels simply because it feels at home and I can cook. This way, I can save my budget for experiences rather than on food. Anyway, I am really at the accommodation for 6 to 8 hours a day. Therefore, I find no value in overspending on that. There are too much to cover on travel but I will end off with my best tip: The best way to save money is to be a local there - learn from the locals and ask them what to do, and where to eat. They are the best people that can give you the most value. Have fun! ❤️ Here is everything about me and what I do best.
