On P/B basis, it looks cheap... however the ROE is really poor :/
Also, it is asset-heavy.

Hotel Royal owns a total of 4 hotels - 2 in Singapore, and 1 each in Kuala Lumpur and Penang. they are of 4 star hotel rating and sits on freehold land (including Singapore)Its flagship hotel is the one at Novena which is rather old looking but sits on extremely valuable freehold land.
Until its sells or re develops its freehold Novena land, shareholders value wont be unlocked in my opnion
