The company used to have two major business sector - selling of Hard Disk (HDD) for laptops and desktops and foam plastics and flow control device businesses. However they sold the more lucrative latter business in 2016 for 150 million.
Since then the HDD business is struglling and making losses because the hard disk business globally is stagnating and people are moving away from HDD disks. recently, Broadway announced plans that they were looking at M&A opportunites to relaise the full value of their assets in the HDD business.
