Interesting play for this REIT as it looks towards China, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea properties which is an interesting mix.

The Hong Kong Protest was a damper to the business as it caused rental to drop. Moving forward, it will be interesting to see how the REIT Manager looks into its portfolio mix and what the focus will be
