Standard Chartered or Maybank Kim Eng (prepaid) as firm for ETF?

Like to start investing in ETF (thinking STI ETF + a global index ETF). Heard that standard chartered (0.2% min $10) offer the best rate? Checking around the blogs, noticed that Maybank Kim Eng (prepaid) (0.12% min $10) provides an even lower rate.

What i quoted above was trading fee. Is there other fees that i need to be wary about before selecting the firm?

For STI at least, you may want to look at DBS Vickers.
The cash upfront fees are similar to MBKE but your holding gets transferred to CDP.
