Should I invest in Ascendas Hospitality Trust (Q1P) or MapleTree Com trust (N2IU)?
Got pretty interested in investing in REITs lately. I only have $2000 and am wondering which of the 2 i should invest in to begin. Any idea?

Mapletree commercial is rather expensive at the moment. Look to enter at a time when the spread between nav and current price is at its lowest.

Both are very different types of REITs. If you only have $2k, perhaps a REIT etf is better....
