Should I apply for the BOC SmartSaver?

I earn more than 6K per month but my spending is <$1.5, which gives me a bonus interest rate of 1.2% (salary crediting) and 0.8% (spending). Am I suitable for the BOC SmartSaver or the OCBC 360 savings account?

There are a lot of other multicurrency savings accounts. Why and how do you scope down to boc smartsaver account? Can you optimise the rewards of the saving accounts?
What are some of the factors you cannot live without?
If there is no better choice, then boc smartsaver suits your needs
