Saxo inactivity fees - because of this is it not worth it for buy and hold strategy? What other platforms will be more suitable for yearly purchasing of stocks?

There was a period I didn’t execute any trades for at least 6 months. Saxo only impose a custody fee for my holdings. They did not impose any inactivity fees for my account. I have checked with Saxo support as well.
