I'm currently staying in a 4-room BTO and am thinking of upgrading to a 5-room resale due to space constraints. I've only learnt about "lease decay" recently. Do people usually "earn" when they buy a 5-room resale and sell their 4-room BTO?

Given the recent Fed's announcement, should I sell 50% of my stocks and buy them again at a low after the rate hike? Why do some people still insist on holding on to their stocks if they can profit ?

Would you still recommend investors buy and hold REITs given that a lot of the REITs are slashing their dividends? Or should we buy and sell to take advantage of the market volatility?

I've heard of people complaining that they've seen a lot of paper losses as markets crashed due to COVID-19. Why are current paper losses bad?

Should i hold or sell SATS shares now? Sell off the shares will make it a real loss, but i can use the money to buy other shares, like DBS etc. What do you guys think?
