My parents always say that my generation is having it easy these days compared to their generation. What would you say is the biggest difference between working today versus working 10 years ago?

I will say that the biggest difference is revolution of technology. Technology has helped to streamlined tedious process, expedited access to work and exponentially increase productivity and made working from anywhere easier. It also enhanced collaboration at workplace and increased communication among teammates.
