My Insurance Agent is always asking me to sign up for a savings plan- how do I reject her?
For the past 2 years, she has been promoting a savings plan/ endowment plan and I have read on Seedly and elsewhere that the money can be better kept elsewhere.
I currently have an endowment plan with another inst. and I think that is suff- but she doesnt know that, and so I have been rejecting and telling her "not now" and not necessary for the mo, but it has been 2 years and she doesn't get the hint. I just don't believe in locking it up for 10/15 years for the sake of having a savings plan.

Erm, you can just straight up tell her that you do not want it and if she keep insisting on promoting the product to you, just ignore her and do not work with her again as she clearly does not have your best interest at heart.

If you tell an agent "not now" or "I don't need it now, maybe next time", then the agent will jot it down in her calendar to call you back after a few months, sometimes years. Happened to me before, so I learnt to be firm and say no, not interested right from the start. Let her know if you see a need you'll contact her, otherwise, you're not interested.

Persisting is better.
