May you share your insight for challenger banks in Singapore? (like getting a sizeable cash funds and government regulations)?

I believe one of the challenges behind becoming in challengers banks is having a sizeable cash funds for loans and other financial tools aside from government regulations. May u share some of your plans and insights of the challenger banks?

Unfortunately, looks like too tough of a nut to crack as it has been reported recently that InstaReM has pulled out of the race for one of two digital banking licenses that MAS was offering.

I’d like to buy a private condo. I have about 150k cash to 200k SGD cash in the bank, payslips coming from a European company. Why doesn’t the banks allow me to have a loan?

Is trust fund like any other bank saving accounts where funds can be accessed easily (eg. ibanking transfer, ATM card) by the trustee? Other than trustee, who else have the rights to access the funds?
