Many other countries that reopened after a lockdown faced a resurgence. If we enter into Phase 2 of reopening, do you foresee that we will be faced with a second wave of COVID-19 infections?

It seems unlikely that we will fully eradicate COVID-19 anytime soon.

Only god and lucifer can know that. complete spectrum from nothing to semi-apocalypse possible. With now optimized precautions/contingency plans/material available a resurgence could hopefully not do super painful as to mortality/morbidity statistics.
