Depends on your cash flow. If you have a very stable job or lots of cash and equivalents, you can consider SIBOR with low rates now. Fixed is good if you want to have a good predictability of your future expenses.

With the current financial crisis, bank rates are at a low. Should we fund for our housing using a bank loan or HDB loan? Since interest rates are low but may fluctuate in the future.?

Should I pay up the loan for my current house while waiting for the completion of my EC? I will sell my current house eventually.
