I'm interested in iSwitch ;Chope’ the Rate (24 Months) plan @17.55Cents for 2 years. Factsheet mentions there is a service fee of $5.297. What is this charge for? Are all vendors charging this service fee each month? Its not clear in the fact sheet. Kindly help.
