Is there really a 'best' time to start investing?

Most people say the best time to start is yesterday. This isn't necessarily true if the markets are not in your favour, however, by DCA-ing in the long run, it could offset these expensive buy-ins. What are your thoughts?

There's no 'best' time. But of course if the stocks seems over-valued, you might not want to jump in immediately. DCA-ing into ETFs is decent for a start. As they say, time in market over timing the market.
